Howdy! My name is Sax. I recently graduated from the University of Houston Downtown in December 2022 towards Fine Arts painting. I originally began my education journey in nursing, cosmetology & then eventually moved into visual arts in 2017. I remain skilled in my past work & still practice makeup & hair today, while also producing art. Starting from a young age, I could always return to art and it followed me throughout my life. Some lessons art taught me are patience, perspective and not being afraid to make mistakes or take up space. I have grown into the artist that I am today and am excited to share with you all the things that I am able to create!
